I get the feeling Twitch doesn’t entirely know what they’re doing. I don’t know why streaming video game channels have become so popular, but I do know Twitch just sort of lucked into that market, they started as a website of a dude wearing a camera on a hat. Seriously.
So it’s unsurprising when I hear Twitch did something dumb like suspend a streamer for dressing up as one of the most iconic characters from one of the most well-known video game series in history. And Twitch did indeed suspend Quqco for dressing up as Chun-Li from Street Fighter II.
I just got banned again for wearing a Chun Li cosplay. I am fully covered. I don’t understand @TwitchSupport @twitch how is this sexually suggestive content? pic.twitter.com/qP1WoBbZL3

Look at that, it’s not even Chun-Li with her tits out or something, it’s just a really good Chun-Li costume. Twitch just has some Victorian-Era rules about legs, apparently.
Quqco is a painter, and yeah, she’s kind of sexy.

But this isn’t even Instagram-level stuff.
That’s Mai Shiranui from King of Fighters, another iconic fighting ha,e character. Pretty sexy.

But she isn’t like, stripping of fingering herself or anything, she’s just being kind of sexy while she paints. I don’t see what the problem is.
