Amber Heard is Trying to Force Johnny Depp to Have a Mental Health Examination
When you’ve publicly dated Elon Musk, it’s not really a great look to call other people crazy. But Amber Heard, being Amber Heard, is doing exactly that, with The Blast reporting she’s asking the court to force Johnny Depp to submit to an Independent Mental Evaluation as part of Depp’s ongoing defamation lawsuit against her.
Depp’s lawyers had a strongly-worded rejoinder for Heard.
“This is a defamation case in which Mr. Depp does not allege that he suffers from any mental disorder or condition. Thus, Mr. Depp’s mental condition is not “in controversy” nor does good cause exist under the rule for an IME of Mr. Depp,” Depp’s lawyers say.
In the documents, Depp’s attorney says, “It is preposterous notion that an IME now would shed light on Mr. Depp’s mental state at the time of Ms. Heard’s abuse hoax back in 2016. Ms. Heard’s effort treads a well-worn path of victim blaming using the pretext of mental health.
They continued, “By Ms. Heard’s tortured credibility logic, current IME’s would also be warranted for all the dozens of eyewitnesses who have attested to the various facets of the hoaxes they witnessed years ago.”
I’ve maintained that everything we’ve heard about this case points to Heard, and not Depp, being the abuser. She took a s**t in his bed and we all saw that gnarly photo of his fingertip being filleted.
I really fail to see what Heard is trying to accomplish with this other than further tormenting Depp. It certainly doesn’t seem relevant to the case at hand.

He‘s a joke and a laughing stock. Nobody with his brain halfway intact believes Depp‘s nonsense story of him being repeatedly beaten up by a girl half his weight although he has 4 bodyuards around him 24/7.
She is not just Johnny Depp’s abuser. She is a serial abuser. She was previously arrested in 2009 for domestic abuse of her ex-wife and plead guilty to it after spending the night in jail. She was given 2-year probation. There are also several people she has dated before Depp that have given sworn testimonies to having been abused by ms.Heard.
She was not convicted for DV abuse as the prosecutor dropped all charges immediately. She was never on probation and not one of her former partners complained about her. Depp is a brutal wife beater of the worst kind who needs to be removed from society immediately !

No man double the weight of his partner, who is also permanently protected by 2 bodyguards, has ever or will ever pretend to have been physically abused by his partner. Such stories belong to lala land where Depp obviously lives.

Exactly! It is very typical that who abuses their partner puts in the said mental health of their spouse / victim and will continue their abuse until they get what they want. In the case of AH, what he wants is to live on Johnny Depp, he could not do it with the money and property that he demanded from the actor because he did not accept his extortion letter in 2016, but, she has been doing it for the last 3 years of lying about him and the farce of activism he has done since then.
You‘re right, every DV abuser cannot stop abusing his partner even when they are long gone. That‘s exactly what Johnny is doing to Amber by suing her for 50 mio. So he shows her how much he still can control her. It is high time that this mental maniac is stopped by all means appropriate.
