Caitlyn Jenner Might Get Sued For Mentioning Khloe Kardashian

One thing you have to give Kris Jenner credit for is being thorough. She basically tuned being a gold digger into a media and fashion empire, which you have to respect. Part of that is knowing how to write a contract that favors you.

When Caitlyn Jenner mentioned on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here that she hasn’t talked to stepdaughter Khloe since her transition, she may have ran afoul of a contract she signed in the early days of Keeping up with the Kardashians to protect family secrets. And now, according to the Radar Online, Jenner could be on the hook for millions of dollars for breaching that contract.

The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians dad then contended, “I went through every kid and Khloe for some reason was p***ed off about something through this whole process, it’s been five or six years and I really haven’t talked to her since.”

Caitlyn added sadly, “We were really close. I raised her since she was 5 years old. I really don’t know what her issues are.”

I mean, I guess I wouldn’t want my stepdad going on TV and letting the world know I’m a transphobe, either. And if I could make a few million dollars because someone saying I suck ran afoul of a contract my mom wrote, why not?

“This contract was handed to all participants in the show and means that Caitlyn could be in hot water,” a source told Daily Star Sunday.

“Kris and Khloe are tight and the contracts that she signed were designed to keep inner secrets about the family a secret and protect the show.

“Technically this could pose legal dramas for Caitlyn. Talking about the family, connected to the show, is a grey area,” the insider said.

Love to have a contract that prevents someone from saying I was a jerk to them when they were going through an incredibly difficult time.
