Donald Trump’s Wife is Going to Leave Him the Second Joe Biden Takes the Oath of Office

If you were married to Donald Trump, you’d probably want to divorce him as soon as you could get your full divorce payment from your pre-nup. It’s sort of like the reverse of a mortgage with a balloon payment; you put in your time doing something you hate and at the end you get a big, fat check.

Melania Trump is also a human being and as such she has been looking forward to divorcing Donald Trump for a long time. Seriously, do you believe anyone in the country was more excited when he got COVID than Melania Trump? She almost had the whole enchilada right there.

I’m not sure how much of a Trump insider Omarosa Manigault Newman is today after getting fired by the Trump administration and writing a tell-all book about their utter incompetence, but she is out telling us what we already know, that Melania is looking forward to Donald Trump’s last day as President as much as the rest of us. Omarosa said “Melania is counting every minute until he is out of office and she can divorce.” The reason she’s stuck around for the last four years, the former Apprentice contestant added, is she fears reprisal. “If Melania were to try to pull the ultimate humiliation and leave while he’s in office, he would find a way to punish her.”

I don’t know that Omarosa has any special knowledge here because if you asked literally anyone if they thought Melania was going to divorce Donald Trump, they would say yes, unless you asked Cenk Uygar, who would say “of cooooooourse!” Itks a bit like picking the Yankees to win the World Series, you’ve got about a one in three chance of being right with no insider information at all.
