Elon Musk Declares Earth Law Won’t Apply to Him When He’s King of Mars

Elon Musk’s fans would tell you he’s so determined to get humans on Mars for the betterment of mankind because Earth is becoming uninhabitable due to climate change. That maybe be true but even an Earth ravaged by climate change is more habitable than Mars and anything we may do to terraform Mars to make it habitable could also be done to make Earth habitable again. We don’t need to go to Mars to save humanity, humanity is best suited to live on Earth which is why Earth is the planet we evolved on.

I have been telling you all year that Elon Musk has an ulterior motive for wanting to colonize Mars, and now he’s just coming out and saying it, as Space X just came out and said that Earth laws will not apply to their planned Mars colony.

For Services provided to, on, or in orbit around the planet Earth or the Moon, these Terms and any disputes between us arising out of or related to these Terms, including disputes regarding arbitrability (“Disputes”) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California in the United States. For Services provided on Mars, or in transit to Mars via Starship or other colonization spacecraft, the parties recognize Mars as a free planet and that no Earth-based government has authority or sovereignty over Martian activities. Accordingly, Disputes will be settled through self-governing principles, established in good faith, at the time of Martian settlement.

Given everything we know about Elon Musk, that could not more clearly say “You agree to recognize Elon Musk as the slave king of Mars.” I know you think you’re going to live your John Gault dream on the free libertarian paradise of Mars but what you’re actually going to be doing is the equivalent of being locked in a kitchen after the restaurant closes because you’re not allowed to leave until you pay Elon Musk back for your spaceship ticket.

Coincidently, future Slave Queen of Mars Grimes changed her name to c, which is the scientific notation for the speed of light, but it’s also fitting because when I think of what of person would sleep with Elon Musk, I just think “she would have to be a total c.”
