Is Tinder Kicking Women Off Its Platform For Being Too Attractive?

Tinder

Luna Benna is a very attractive woman. She’s a model, in fact.

I mean, she’s really quite attractive.

So attractive, in fact, that she’s too attractive to use Tinder. That’s not her opinion, The New York Post reported that Benna was kicked off the dating app for being too hot.

It might be for the best, because she says one guy she met on Tinder was so intimidated by her on a date that he could barely speak.

“He said it honest-to-God temporarily paralyzed him and he’d never met a woman like me before,” said the Instagram goddess, who broke it off shortly afterward when the vibe got weird. Benna also alleged that people even threatened her on Tinder for being too “good looking.”

I think that happened to Ted on How I Met Your Mother.

Benna basically says that because she’s an attractive model, a lot of people started using her pictures to catfish users and then Tinder didn’t believe she was herself.

“There’s so many fake profiles out there, whenever I start a legit account I get reported and Tinder has me taken down,” lamented the distraught model.

Tinder didn’t immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment on Benna’s alleged exile. However, the dating app does prohibit “nudity” and “sexually explicit content,” per the community guidelines.

This isn’t the first time Tinder has assumed someone was way too attractive to be on Tinder, either. Model Holly Valentine was also booted from Tinder after the platform assumed someone that attractive wouldn’t be using their service.

“I didn’t even get to meet anyone or even really use the app,” laments the bummed beauty, who says she received no refund or explanation for the lockout. Valentine also claims that when she contacted Apple about the dating app debacle, they said that “refunds are up to the discretion of the app and Tinder isn’t agreeing to it, but they won’t tell us why.”

I mean, I kind of get the impulse. This is sort of the ultimate humblebrag, though. “I guess I’m just too hot to be allowed on Tinder, what a bummer.”

I guess attractive women just need some sort of lobbying group. We need to end the discrimination attractive people face in this world. Imagine someone as beautiful as these women turning on a British television show and not seeing anyone who looks even remotely like them, how would that make them feel?
