Olivia Rodrigo, 18, and her music video producer boyfriend, Adam Faze, 24, have broken up. Very sad, but expect some songs like “Driver’s License” next summer. PEOPLE confirmed it. Try not to cry.
The two went public at the Space Jam 2 party at Six Flags California in June 2021. Rodrigo supposedly took Faze as her plus one. Both were introduced by industry folks.
Shortly afterwards, Rodrigo said she was a “lot happier now” than when she first wrote her album Sour.
Rodrigo and Faze dated for seven months, but they’ve “been over for a bit now.”
Reason being Faze may be your typical 24 year old who wants to bang everyone. Faze was seen with model Christine Burke, 25, on New Year’s Eve in 2021.

Burke is Scott Disick’s ex-girlfriend from 2016. Page Six says Disick, 32 at the time, and Burke, 12 years younger, dated briefly.
Rodrigo told Variety she writes songs based on whatever she’s feeling at the time.
“I always write songs when I’m in the thick of whatever emotion I’m feeling…It’s like my therapy.”
That worked out well for Taylor Swift. The more break ups you have, the stronger your back catalog.
All’s not lost. Rodrigo has a new Disney Plus movie coming out, Driving Home 2 U (A Sour Film). It’s like a road trip movie with a bunch of guest stars. Cameras follow her from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles as she’s writing Sour. The movie will also have 11 new interpretations of her Sour songs with guests like Jacob Collier, Blu DeTiger and Towa Bird.
Now that I read that, “movie” sounds too generous. This could’ve been an eleven part series on Youtube.
