Ezra Miller Disappeared, Can’t Be Subpoenaed for Alleged Grooming of Minor

The Flash star Ezra Miller is nowhere to be found and the parents of the minor Miler allegedly groomed can’t serve him for a lawsuit. My guess is Ezra is hiding himself with a finger mustache.

Parents of current 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes allege Miller groomed their daughter starting when she was 12. Miller allegedly gave her drugs and alcohol, caused her to drop out of school and follow him around the United States.

This is all according to court documents the parents filed in tribal court. The LA Times says:

A tribal court judge approved the interim order Tuesday, but “the Court cannot locate or serve” Miller, according to a copy of the petition.

In a Thursday phone interview with The Times, Chase Iron Eyes said he and the court “have no idea of knowing where Tokata and Ezra are to gain help from other jurisdictions” to serve or enforce the order, which bars Miller from contacting or harassing Tokata and Chase Iron Eyes and Jumping Eagle for 30 days. Miller is also ordered to stay 100 yards away from the family’s residence during that time.

The court set a hearing for July 12 to allow Tokata and Miller to appear and “weigh in,” Iron Eyes said.

Yea right, no way Miller is showing up to this. Miller will be anywhere else but there on July 12. The problem is Miller and Iron Eyes move around a lot and it’s hard to serve them. You know, hard to hit a moving target like in boxing.

“They move around so much [that] we’re stuck in this legal limbo situation, and we can’t serve them in any place they’re in long enough…They’ve been flighty. They’ve been avoiding service, and now there’s public pressure mounting on them to make a decision, which makes us very concerned about Ezra’s volatile nature. … We’re working very hard to get this order enforced wherever they are.”

I’m assuming Miller eventually has to show up to an audition or film set somewhere. Or his agent might know his whereabouts. I’d start there.

Miller’s 2022 hasn’t been the greatest. He has this lawsuit. He was arrested for striking a 26-year-old in a fight. In March, he was arrested again for disorderly conduct and harassment. Even before that in 2020, Miller choked out a fan.

The guy has issues. No one’s gonna hire him at the very least because of insurance reasons.

This will end badly for Miller.
