In the never-ending case between Jamie Spears and Britney Spears, the judge today sided with Britney, denying Jamie’s request for a Britney deposition.
Jamie requested her deposition to “challenge claims she made about her father on social media and in her upcoming tell-all memoir.” Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart called this request “harassment.”
Rosengart said Britney was the victim in her conservatorship case and there shouldn’t be any reason to put her “in front of the victimizer.”
It seems that Jamie’s lawyer also has a pending motion, requesting Britney to disclose her home address for unknown reasons. Rosengart argued that Britney’s subject to stalkers if her address got out. Even her ex-husband Jason Alexander is stalking her, so Rosengart makes a good point.
There are still several motions to go, and there has been a lot of argument between James Spears’ attorney Weingarten & Britney’s attorney Rosengart. Including over if Britney should be forced to disclose her home address to JSpears, also denied. #BritneySpears

Britney recently won a request to have Jamie deposed. It’s significant because we might find out how creepy Jamie was, such as allegedly planting bugs in Britney’s bedroom to monitor her.
Britney’s still out there enjoying life, going topless on the beach with new husband Sam Asfghari.
She’s even got a new duet of “Tiny Dancer” with Elton John coming out. This plus her $15 million memoir and possible Las Vegas residency shows getting out of that conservatorship was the best thing that’s happened to Britney.
