Ex-Boxer George Foreman Alleges Shakedown in New Sexual Abuse Claims

George Foreman in the fight of a lifetime. That’d be the cheesy lead-in for this story. Foreman claims two women are extorting him. They allege sexual abuse by Foreman in the 1970s.

Foreman, 73, denied all claims in a statement to NY Post:

Over the past six months, two women have been trying to extort millions of dollars each from me and my family. They are falsely claiming that I sexually abused them over 45 years ago in the 1970s. I adamantly and categorically deny these allegations. The pride I take in my reputation means as much to me as my sports accomplishments, and I will not be intimidated by baseless threats and lies. I am, and always will be, guided by my faith and trust in God. I will work with my lawyers to fully and truthfully expose my accusers’ scheme and defend myself in court. I don’t pick fights, but I don’t run away from them either.

Per TMZ, Foreman was friends with the two women’s fathers. They had a “working relationship” which is vague? Likely more will come out when the lawsuit is filed in a few days, per TMZ.

The women want $12.5 million each. That’s a lot of George Foreman grills.

But seeing as how Foreman made $250 million off these grills, he could fight off a ton of these lawsuits.
