Amber Heard Claims Johnny Depp Couldn’t Get It Up So He Raped Her

Still more Amber Heard versus Johnny Depp news. Unsealed documents show Heard claims that Depp was so mad about his erectile dysfunction that he raped her with a bottle.

These new claims are evidence that Heard wanted submitted in her case, but was denied. The judge over the weekend unsealed 6,000 pages of documents from the case.

In the unsealed documents, Heard’s lawyer claimed:

Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.

Her claim continued:

Mr. Depp’s erectile dysfunction makes it more probable that Mr. Depp would be angry or agitated in encounters with Amber Heard, and that he would resort to a bottle. This relevance is not substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice.

If you remember, during the trial, Heard claimed Depp penetrated her with a bottle. The alleged incident occurred in Australia in 2015.

During the trial, Heard had testified “I remember looking at all of the broken bottles, broken glass. I remember not wanting to move because I didn’t know if it was broken, I didn’t know if the bottle he had inside of me was broken.”

Heard also tried to submit into evidence Depp’s prescription drugs which include Nexium, Cialis and Valtrex. Nexium is prescribed for acid reflux. Cialis is for erectile dysfunction. Valtrex is for herpes.

Depp says that Heard only wanted these drugs submitted as evidence just to embarrass him.

While the trial is over, Heard still plans to appeal. Meanwhile, she’s made a tidy $500,000 profit from selling her desert home. More than enough money to keep shopping at T.J. Maxx.
