Chrissy Teigen Is Carrying a New Lifeform
Chrissy Teigen is pregnant with her and husband John Legend’s third child (or fourth? You’ll see later). Of course, congratulations go out to them.
Teigen posted on Instagram her belly that houses her new lifeform. She wrote:
the last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (in the leg lately, as u can see!) we have another on the way. Every appointment I’ve said to myself, “ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce” but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still. I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!
Teigen and Legend lost their son Jack in the hospital in October 2020. Sad.
At that time, she posted a black and white photo of herself praying in the hospital room. She wrote on Instagram back then:
We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.
I feel for them, losing their child. Is it the wrong time to bring up how there was blind gossip about Teigen being all about getting attention?
Anyway.
Teigen recently made the news for being one year sober. She stopped drinking after getting dropped by advertisers for bullying Courtney Stodden. Legend’s friends wanted him to divorce Teigen because of it.
Yet, quitting drinking makes her not the Teigen we love. Less funny, more boring now.
Teigen’s slowly trying to make her way back to relevancy. Legend and Teigen had to sell their homes in New York and Beverly Hills to pay the bills.
Meaning she has to find a way to push her Cravings by Chrissy Teigen cookware line. New baby means new content. Congrats!
