Nicole Richie might not be scared of jail anymore

Yesterday on The Late Show with David Letterman, Nicole Richie confessed she is scared of going to jail, but is ready to face the consequences (video above). The consequences being solitary confinement for 3 days until she’s released to serve the remaining time in her mansion. In February, Richie plead not guilty to a DUI case where she drove the wrong way on the highway and admitted to police she had smoked marijuana and took Vicodin.

Hollywood is awesome. People like Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, who shouldn’t even be considered celebrities, could stab a guy to death and the judge would just say, “The evidence is clear. The person in question obviously slipped and fell onto that serrated knife 32 times,” while little red cartoon hearts rise and pop above his head.
