Thus, the MPAA has ordered Warner Bros. to pull the trailer from all theaters exclaiming that the prints “need to be destroyed.” To protect our children’s virgin ears!
The notices were sent within the last 24 hours despite them being the ones who originally approved it. Says the MPAA, “In our haste to meet the placement schedule for this trailer, we failed to properly vet the final version with the MPAA. We acted immediately to correct the mistake and removed the trailer from screens.” JoBlo speculates lines like “whore in Las Vegas,” “bitches,” and “gay boys” were to blame. That and the lines of whiny, incompetent parents.
