No one likes to use the term epic fail since that went out of style the same time pogs did but there’s really no other phrase to describe Miguel’s stage jump at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
During Miguel’s performance of Adorn, he attempted to channel Carl Lewis and launch himself from stage to stage but failed miserably. Instead of landing gracefully, he ended up doing a Hulk Hogan-esque leg drop on a random girl’s head. It was kind of beautiful in the way that a car wreck is kind of beautiful.
Miguel tweeted that he got caught up in the moment and that the girl, Khyati, was okay. Though if that’s really how you really spell her name, she kind of deserved it.
