IHOP works with digital agency MRM/McCann with Kirk Thompson and Darrin Cellars, both over 40, taking charge of the restaurant chain’s Twitter.
“There has been a refinement of our Twitter voice. We’ve gotten more specific, more targeted about how we speak,” says Thompson. He goes on to point out that IHOP’s Twitter followers have grown 18% in the last 60 days.
