No, that’s Alec Baldwin, and he seemed less than enthusiastic about it, commenting “No. Just … No.” I mean, it’s also possible he just doesn’t want her riding a motorcycle without a helmet, but I’m guessing he doesn’t want to see his daughter’s ass.

It’s a refreshing change from Billy Ray Cyrus commenting “hooo-eeey, I gotta get me some of that” on all of Miley’s pictures, though.
