Someone Mistook Bebe Rexha’s Face for Target Practice

Bebe Rexha is having a rough week. The singer was performing at her optimistically named “Best F’n Night of My Life” tour in New York City’s The Rooftop at Pier 17 when someone threw a phone on stage and hit her in the face. Because who doesn’t love getting smacked by a flying cell phone while belting out a high note?

Rexha collapsed and needed help getting off the stage. She later posted photos of her injury. It looks like a cut you’d get in boxing. Sucks.

TMZ reports that Nicolas Malvagna was arrested for assault and felony charges. Charges were upgraded because he used the phone as a weapon.

Felony charges seems like it’ll stop all this phone throwing at concerts.
