Hilary Duff has a pet rat

It figures an annoying girl would have an annoying dog. Chihuahuas are neither cute nor useful. At the first sign of trouble, they put their tails between their legs and piss themselves. The only thing chihuahuas are good for are Taco Bell commercials. That and being the meat in a McDonald’s hamburger. Those things are delicious.
