Tara Reid forced to find alternative ways to earn money

Since becoming a leper to Hollywood, Tara Reid has turned to fashion in order to earn a living. On Monday, Tara unveiled her Mantra clothing line featuring T-shirts, dresses, bikinis, ponchos and hoodies decorated with trinkets, charms and beads in eight bright colors that are meant to inspire emotions and are competitively priced between $65 and $180.

“It’s about putting into the universe what you want in life: Red means love, pink is friendship, green is lucky, black is protection,” says Reid, who found inspiration in her longtime hobby of making charm bracelets. “You’re gonna have a story when you wear this bikini or when you put this dress on: You’ll either get love or meet a new friend or you might meet a guy.”

Tara had to stop at four colors. That’s about as many as she could remember from her crayon set. Also, laugh at the hook that promises you a story when you put on her clothes. The only story you’re going to have is how hard you had to scrub to take out the mysterious white stains on the shirt when you first bought it.
