Lou Reed Dead at 71

Legendary rocker Lou Reed died on Sunday. He was 71. According to the NYT, Reed died of liver disease. Reed had liver transplant surgery earlier this year and was being treated again up until a few days ago.

Reed was most famous for his work with the Velvet Underground which influenced generations of rock.
