Sitting at 5 weeks out from cbbf nationals. Very happy with the progress from @arnoldsports amateurs. Energy and training at its peak. 3 more weeks of hard leg training and then we will ease it back to allow water and inflammation to subside. Thankful for the coaching staff and bunnies support the past few years. It's all about the journey, and what and amazing experience it has been. Do we all want it today? Yes…..
