Hilary Duff’s Ex-Husband Investigated for Rape

Not good. LAPD are investigating Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff’s ex-husband, for rape. The alleged rape took place at his L.A. home, but Comrie says it was consensual.

According to TMZ, Comrie met the alleged victim at a bar Saturday night then headed back to his condo. She alleges that he raped her several times. The victim immediately went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Comrie’s side, his sources, tell TMZ that the pair go back a ways and that she gave consent. Not sure how they know since they weren’t there? They also state that it was actually a three-way that Comrie had with the alleged victim and another woman. The other woman has not filed any complaint.
