Jessica Hart Doesn’t Think Taylor Swift Has What It Takes

During the Victoria’s Secret after party at Tao Downtown in Manhattan, Jessica Hart was asked for her thoughts on Taylor Swift. Specifically if she has what it takes to be a Victoria’s Secret model. You know, the ability to look pretty while walking down a runway in lingerie.

She was asked about Swift. Could she pull it off as a Victoria’s Secret model?

“No.”

Hart was making time until she shimmied to the dance floor. “I think, you know what, god bless her heart. I think she’s great,” she said. “But, I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit. I don’t know if I should say that. I think what you find is that for a lot of us, we’ve been working for 14, 15 years; what it takes to make it here comes from experience and confidence and knowing how to be confident with yourself. I think it comes with age. It’s definitely the benchmark of all jobs.”

Hart is right to an extent. Taylor Swift did not fit. Musically. Her songs are all whiny missives about how she can’t keep a man and why she’s better off without them. Guys don’t want to hear this while watching hot chicks walk around in lingerie. It’s like when your girlfriend comes home and starts complaining about work when all you want to do is enjoy the game.

I’d also like to draw your attention to another part of the article where it says only the cream of the crop in New York were allowed into the Victoria’s Secret After Party and then mention that Stephen Dorff was there. Yea, that Stephen Dorff.

“It was cool,” said Dorff, affecting nonchalance. TLC’s “Creep” played in the background. “Not a hard show to look at.”

Did he think he had a chance with any of the models? “I know some of them. But I didn’t go for that,” Doff said. So I creep yeah. “I just went to chill and hang with my buddy.”

I really have only one response to that.
