‘Tales From the Darkside’ Is Returning to TV

Good news people clinging to the past like a drowning rat to a piece of wood, the amazing 80’s horror anthology Tales From the Darkside is returning to TV. With the success of The Walking Dead and American Horror Story, it was a no brainer to go the easy route and reboot something in the same genre thus exerting minimal effort.

The bad news for fans of the original series is that it’s heading to the CW. The silver lining is Joe Hill, Stephen King’s son, is attached to write. The CW wants the launch the rebooted series in Summer 2014. Hopefully by then zombies, witches and asylums won’t be played out.
