Want to know why Robert De Niro has made so many bad movies for the last ten years? Look no further than his wife.
According to Page Six, De Niro’s wife, Grace Hightower, and her coffee company that no one knew existed, are “turning into a money pit.” Hightower seems to change her mind on how to run the five-year-old company depending on whom she last spoke to.
De Niro and Hightower actually got into an argument at a Manhattan bar, where De Niro said:
“I wouldn’t have to keep making s - - tty movies if you didn’t spend all my money!”
At least ol’ Bobby recognizes that he’s made a bunch of bad movies lately. I’d like to know which ones he personally classifies as “s**tty” though. Did he think Bad Grandpa was good? How about The Intern? And isn’t this why all actors make bad movies, because their significant others keep spending their money?
If Robert wants to save a little cash, maybe don’t say you’ll give away $100,000 to someone who can prove something that’s already been proven.
Maybe his buddy trump will give him a loan to bail him out
