Michael Jackson Told Ex-Wife Lisa Marie Presley Someone Was Trying to Kill Him

Lisa Marie Presley is the daughter of Elvis Aaron Presley and the ex-wife of Michael Jackson, two of the most successful popular musicians of all time. Page Six reveals that she’ll be spilling lots of details about both of them in an upcoming book.

A source said that the Lisa Marie book is such a bombshell, she has sold it to Gallery Books for between $3 million and $4 million.

The tome “promises shocking revelations about Michael Jackson and a completely new understanding of Elvis,” a source added.

In light of this news, a 2010 interview Presley did with Oprah has resurfaced, and I don’t know why we’ve never talked about this, because she said that he told her someone was trying to kill him the last time she talked to him, four years before he died.

Via The Daily Star:

There was just an occasion, an incident where he had collapsed and he was in the hospital.

“I couldn’t tell what was happening. I couldn’t really get a straight answer about what was happening with him, and I think we were all a little bit in the dark.”

But the most shocking revelation came at the end of their conversation.

Presley continued: “I was very distant. He was asking me, he wanted to tell me that I was right about a lot of people around him.

“And he asked if I still loved him, I told him I was indifferent and he didn’t like that word.

“And the final part of the conversation was him telling me that someone was going to try and kill him to get a hold of his catalogue and estate.

“And I really didn’t know what to do with that.”

I think those went to his parents. And his dad wasn’t exactly a saint, but I doubt he had him killed. He was probably pretty paranoid.
