Gigi Hadid Fires Back at Claims She Isn’t Sexy Enough

I think Gigi Hadid is pretty sexy. Maybe you agree with me.

She also looks pretty stylish there. But apparently she doesn’t always.

Insider reports that Hadid got into it on Twitter over comments about her looking decidedly unsexy on a recent excursion, though Hadid seems to have deleted most of the tweets since then.

Basically, Hadid took it really personally when people said they didn’t like the way she was dressed and went into a bit of a thing.

“U guys need to calm tf down sometimes,” Hadid replied on Twitter. “It’s called stepping out to do one errand- not dressing for your approval. Your unrealistic expectations & petty complaining all the time about my style or not being sexy enough isn’t going to make me dress differently.”

“Not just talking about this specific comment,” she continued in an additional tweet. “U all talk about empowering women. I support and empower women that show skin and that don’t. It’s about choice.”

“I show skin when I want to and still feel sexy covered head to toe & will continue to do so. Over the snarky comments.”

One of my favorite things in life is celebrities making people criticizing or dunking on them into some sort of social cause. Like Bob Iger going “Oh, you don’t like our Marvel movies? Well, did you know one of them had black people in it, you racist?

She also went with the old “why do you have to be so negative?”

Not that these things are morally equivalent in the least, but I’m 100% sure there’s at least one letter from Adolf Hitler out there with the line “If you don’t like how I invaded Poland, maybe you should focus on promoting the kinds of genocidal dictatorships you do like instead of tearing people down to make yourself feel better.”
