Beetlejuice 2: The Ghost with the Most Returns, Along with Winona Ryder and Some Newbies

MJNij

Warner Bros. has finally decided to grace us with a sequel to Tim Burton’s 1988 classic, and it’s set to hit theaters on September 6, 2024. That’s right, the same day as Marvel’s “Blade.” I guess they figured they needed some competition to make things interesting.

Now, there’s not much information out there about this movie, but we do know that Michael Keaton is returning as Beetlejuice and Winona Ryder is back as Lydia Deetz. And get this, they’ve added “Wednesday” star Jenna Ortega as the daughter of Ryder’s character. I mean, makes sense to start typecasting her?

But wait, there’s more. Justin Theroux is also in the cast, but they haven’t revealed his role yet. Maybe he’ll play a tree or something, who knows. And get this, production is starting in London on May 10th. So if you’re in the area, keep an eye out for a bunch of weirdos dressed up like ghosts and s**t.

And who’s producing this masterpiece, you ask? None other than Brad Pitt’s Plan B. I guess he’s trying to make up for “World War Z”. And the screenplay is written by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, who worked with Burton on “Wednesday.” It’s like a human centipede of writers.

So get ready, folks. It’s time to dust off your striped suits and get ready for some spooky s**t. Because “Beetlejuice 2” is coming, whether you like it or not.
