Sean Preston was hit in a fight

A bodyguard by the name of Julio “JC” Camera assaulted a photographer at the Wynn spa in Las Vegas after he came a little to close to Sean Preston. A photog claims JC shoved his partner in the chest hitting Sean Preston in the process. With Britney screaming, JC then tackled his partner to the ground and started punching. Wynn security promptly asked all of them to leave.

Sgt. Loretto of the Las Vegas Police Department tells Usmagazine.com that Camera has been issued a citation for misdemeanor battery. Meanwhile, Loretto says that Spears has filed an allegation of battery on behalf of Sean Preston against photographer Kyle Henderson.

This is really going to put a dent in Britney’s dream of finishing the entire Wynn buffet. Fantasies of grease dripping down her three chins and crumbs resting in her folds now seem harder than ever to fulfill. Where’s God when you need him?

Note: Britney is screwed because according to the custody agreement, she’s not allowed to take her kids out of California unless she has K-Fed’s permission. She didn’t have K-Fed’s permission.
