The charges of driving without a valid California license against Britney Spears have been dropped. The judge declared a mistrial after the jury was deadlocked at ten people voting not guilty, two people voting guilty. So if you were wondering, yes, having a trial for a misdemeanor charge was the most useless waste of tax payer’s money.
