Miley Cyrus made an awkward appearance at the Hollywood’s Funkiest Milkshake Bar in West Hollywood yesterday. Was this supposed to be a promotional thing because it looked more like an LAPD sting operation to catch a few pedophiles. Good luck with that LAPD, they’ll never fall for this. …Or will they?.
