Katy Perry performed at Rockefeller Center in NYC this morning on The Today Show to promote her new album. Her singing wasn’t all that great but at least she hopped around in spandex and a tight top. What she lacks in musical talent she more than makes up for in DD’s. I think those are the encouraging words her father once gave her.
