Matthew McConaughey lost 30 lbs for his role in The Dallas Buyer’s Club. That’s just to let you know in case you thought he got AIDS. Which is not the case. He’s just playing a man with AIDS. It’s fake AIDS.
In any case, he hasn’t put back all the weight yet. He and Camila Alves were at the Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica posing for the cameras and he still looked like he needed a sandwich or two. This was probably one of the few times I sized Matt up and thought, “Yea, I could take him.”
