Robert Downey Jr. Says There’s No ‘Iron Man 4’ Plans

Speaking to Variety, Robert Downey Jr. shot down rumors about a 4th Iron Man aka The Robert Downey Jr. True Hollywood Story With Aliens.

“There isn’t one in the pipe,” Downey said. “No, there’s no plan for a fourth ‘Iron Man.’”

That doesn’t mean you won’t be seeing Tony Stark any time soon as he’s signed on for two Avengers sequels. The second of which lands in summer of 2018. To put that in perspective, the first Iron Man was released in 2008. That’ll be a decade of playing the same character in case you’re wondering why RDJ might be sick of playing that character. Luckily, the money helps.
