Brad Pitt Dumped Beer on Angelina Jolie, Grabbed Her Hair and Shook Her on Infamous Plane Ride

Today came the most substantive news from Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s infamous plane ride six years ago. Newly released FBI reports state Pitt physically assaulted Jolie and also physically threatened one of their children before Jolie stepped in between them.

Per Page Six, which obtained FBI reports requested by Jolie, the Assistant United States Attorney and the Assistant United States Chief of the Criminal Division considered the case in November 2017. Ultimately, they declined to file any charges.

Jolie requested the FBI reports through a Freedom of Information Act to find out why no charges were filed.

The FBI report appears to be Jolie’s side of the story from their 2016 flight. This precipitated Jolie’s divorce filing and child abuse investigations of Pitt.

In the report. Jolie says Pitt was “mad” from the time they set foot on the plane.

Jolie states multiple incidences of domestic violence occurred. She says that Pitt punched the ceiling four times, telling Jolie “You’re fucking up this family.” When the kids asked “Are you Ok, Mommy?” Pitt told them “No, she’s not OK, she’s ruining this family, she’s crazy.”

After that, one of the kids, who we presume to be Maddox since multiple reports in 2016 named him, yelled at Pitt: “It’s not her, it’s you, you punk!”

This set Pitt off, who ran towards Maddox. That’s when Jolie held Pitt back. The report says Jolie injured her back and elbow while doing so.

Jolie claims during the SAME flight, Pitt poured beer on her as she tried to sleep. That’s insane. It’s like Pitt allegedly assaults his wife and tries to assault his kid, takes a break, then goes back for seconds and pours a beer on his wife.

Jolie told Pitt towards the end that she was taking the kids to California. That set Pitt off. Pitt caused a delay in de-planing and yelled “You’re not taking my fucking kids,” then pushed her.

Six days later, Jolie filed for divorce. Both Pitt and Jolie are legally divorced now, but it seems like details have been coming out from their PR people this whole time.

Per the FBI report:

This author provided both AUSAs copies of a probable cause statement related to this incident. After reviewing the document, representative of the United States Attorney’s Office discussed the merits of this investigation with the case agent. It was agreed by all parties that criminal charges in this case would not be pursued due to several factors.”

Back in April 2022, an anonymous woman named Jane Doe sued the FBI. Doe filed under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain information on “the agency’s investigation of an incident of domestic violence that occurred several years ago involving plaintiff and her minor children as victims and witnesses.”

At the time, Doe wasn’t identified, though it was suspected to be Jolie. Her  rationale was to “better understand the FBI’s investigation and obtain information necessary for her children to receive medical care and trauma counseling” following the incident.”

At the time, Page Six talked to both Pitt and Jolie’s people. Someone, a “legal source,” proclaimed this to be “a desperate fishing expedition trying to find something that likely doesn’t exist in FBI notes and make it public.”

Shows you how celebrities, and people in power, manipulate the media to get public opinion on their side. This anonymous “legal source” (ironic that Jolie files anonymously under Jane Doe; another anonymous legal source tells Pitt’s side; does anyone ever put their name to these stories…) got it wrong.

Now that we have the FBI’s report, it sure doesn’t seem like a “desperate fishing expedition.”

Jolie, of course, was looking for ways to damage Pitt’s reputation. Filing this FOIA request, getting this report into the public, surely does that. You don’t even need to say the words “Johnny Depp”. Too similar.

What happens now? These aren’t hazy details from an opaque investigation. You have images of Pitt pouring beer on Jolie. Running up to maybe hit Maddox. An uncontrollable Pitt punching the plane while yelling at Jolie.

For Jolie, you damage Pitt’s reputation and also strengthen your custody case. More women will be turned off by Pitt now. Though if you saw the Depp trial, there are some people who are brainwashed by celebrities.

As for Pitt, now you have to do damage control. Go out to a few more functions, smile, donate some money, talk up your charity work. Don’t forget to have your publicists leak exclusives to PEOPLE and E! News in exchange for laundering Pitt’s reputation.

Dare I say, this is old Hollywood?
