Ashley Greene seems pretty cool

Ashley Greene is in Men’s Fitness where she talks about not being able to deal with clingy guys and enjoying casual relationships. She’s perfect, really. Here are a few of her rules for dating. I’ve already nailed them to my wall.

Maintain Your Independence
“I’m independent. If a guy is too clingy or needy, I actually get afraid of hurting him—and I can’t deal with that.”

Give and You’ll Receive
“I need a guy that understands give-and-take. I can’t be the only one giving.”

Be Confident
“It’s attitude that gives a guy an edge. When you walk around thinking ‘everyone wants to f— me,’ that’s what comes across. Those guys just scream sex!”

Silence the Beast
“I hate jealous guys! Everyone can be jealous. We all have that in us. Push the demon down or it’s going to drive the other person away.”

Be Authentic
“Don’t throw petals on the floor if they have no meaning. I would rather have a fun, casual relationship than have someone pretending they’re completely in love with me.”

She left out the part about how bloggers who run gossip sites like The Blemish are the greatest lovers. No worries. Let me just add that in there for her. I’m sure she just forgot to mention it. Ashley must have been in a hurry.

Update: Big thanks to Men’s Fitness for hooking me up with two HQ photos from the shoot (here, here). Go here to check out all of the pics in their gallery.

These chicks always say they want a guy who walks around being “confident” and thinking “everyone wants to do me”, but then they complain when the guy turns out to be a complete douche.

James, can’t disagree with you, mate. I’m independent, confident, and certainly not “clingy”. I’m Australian! So what do I and my mates get all the time when we go out with the dingos…”You never take me anywhere”; “You never pay any attention to me”; “You never let me twitter to my friends.” Blyme, at least, thankfully, she tours a lot!.
