GM drops Tiger Woods

GM joins the ever-growing list of advertisers who no longer want to work with Tiger Woods. A spokeswoman tells USA Today that their agreement to give Tiger Woods free cars like the Cadillac Escalade he crashed ended two weeks ago.

Even though Woods’ endorsement contract for GM’s Buick brand ended in 2008, Woods had been allowed to keep several vehicles, including the Cadillac SUV and reportedly a Buick Enclave crossover, for his personal use.

The vehicles have been returned to GM. Drive On reported previously that the Escalade that Woods was driving will be repaired and sold.

By the time Tiger Woods returns to golf, the only sponsor he’ll be able to get is CondomDepot.com and he’ll be forced to wear their logo on his ass like those MMA fighters do.

False headline. Tiger and GM parted ways long, long age, when GM crashed with the U. S. economy. Please, you have no idea what you are writing about. Tiger will always have sponsors. Maybe he won’t make a hundred million this year, but he will probably still be one of the highest earning athletes.
