If that jerk Spencer Pratt doesn’t get his way, Heidi Montag will be getting her breasts redid from 700 cc’s to 800 cc’s of silicone. Heidi plans to have the operation in the next two months and film it for a new TV show she and Spencer are pitching to E! and Oxygen.
Spencer’s feeble attempts to stop her have proved unsuccessful as Heidi plans to do the surgery in Europe by a non American-board-certified doctor and “she wants her doctor to come over once a week to plump up her lips. I keep telling her that they’re big enough and that she doesn’t need it.”
What convinced Heidi to have the surgery is a comment Ryan Seacrest made when she appeared on his show. Ryan said her breasts didn’t look that big as a compliment. But because Heidi has no self-esteem, she took that to mean the complete opposite. “She was taken aback,” Spencer says. “She came home in shock.”
