Miley Cyrus hit up a Mexican beach in a bikini and walked around like a tarted up whore. No. Just kidding. She wore a polka dot bikini and wandered around with her dad. This is the least excited I’ve ever been looking at photos of a celebrity in a bikini. It ranks right up there with watching Khloe Kardashian eat the crumbs out of her folds at Miami Beach.
