January Jones Sounds Nice

January Jones is in the latest issue of Marie Claire and it sounds like she has a great personality. If you can get past the extreme bitchiness.

Asked about her ex, Ashton Kutcher, who told her she’d never make it as an actor, Jones, visibly perturbed, says, ‘I don’t comment about that,’ she replies in clipped tones. ‘And I never commented about him.’

When asked if Mad Men made her financially sound, Jones cynically replies, ‘Financially, we don’t get paid very much on the show and that’s well-documented. On the other hand, when you do television you have a steady pay check each week, so that’s nice.’ In fact, she makes such a modest sum that she could only afford a $1 million house in Los Feliz. She should just apply for those unemployment checks right now.

Marie Claire then asked about her presumably saying the reason she started modeling was to show “all those bitches in high school who said I wasn’t pretty.” Jones denies the quote, saying, “Where are you getting this s**t? It sounds like something I might have said when I was, like, 15. The bitches in high school were bitches because I was pretty.”

Rawr. January Jones sounds like a good time. I can’t wait to meet her and have her criticize me. To be honest though, we might get along. The bullies in my high school put me in garbage cans because I was so handsome. It’s true. My mommy said so.
