Miley Cyrus Named in Battery Case

Over the weekend, a guy and his friends were sitting behind Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt. They managed to bump into Liam’s chair. Words were exchanged, an argument started and Miley jumped in the middle to break it up but not before pushing the guy away and hitting him in his face. Allegedly. The guy filed a criminal battery report on Sunday naming Miley as a suspect despite having no visible injuries and a witness saying Miley never threw a punch.
