40-year-old Jenny McCarthy shows off her abs on January/February’s Shape magazine. If you want to know how she does it, lots of Photoshop. Just kidding. Sort of. She says she does yoga twice a week with strength training and running three to five times a week. Also with a mostly liquid diet.
“My new favorite thing is my soup diet. I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop 5 pounds quickly I eat them for every meal for about 10 days.” McCarthy also follows a mostly gluten and dairy free diet.
So they asked her how she stays so fit and she basically tells them diet and exercise. You know the people reading this are going to say, “That’s way to hard for us normal working folk,” while stuffing a Kit Kat in their mouths.
