Miley Cyrus posed a very important question on Twitter over the holidays. Can you use the carpool lane if your blow up doll is riding shotgun? She wrote, “Does this count for the carpool lane? Such a nice Xmas gift.”

I consulted with my local CHP contact and he said you can but only if you two are married. Then he asked me if my doll and I would like to go on a double date with him and his doll. Honestly, I think he was the wrong guy to ask.
