Miley Cyrus Is at the Height of Fashion

At yesterday’s Rachel Zoe fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, Miley Cyrus showed up in this thing. I know nothing about fashion so I’m not sure what these are called. My best guess would be pantaloons or classier Hammer pants.

Is this what they call “haute couture?” Because I just assumed this was a onesie that people in the South liked to wear.
