If You’re Depressed, Chrissy Teigen is Here to Help

Chrissy Teigen can be serious too. Anthony Bourdain’s suicide spurred her to give her thoughts about dealing with depression. Surprise, it isn’t to make food from her cookbooks. Although, eating DOES make you feel better, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Teigen tweeted out:

In my deepest, darkest post-partum depression, I would have personally never called a phone number. If John or my doctor never reached out, I would have never even known. It really can be a lonely hole. Watch the people you love and don’t be afraid to speak up.

Hmmm…that’s one method. However, a lot of these suicidal people keep up a happy exterior. How many suicides have there been where the person was so happy or that nothing was ever suspected? How would you have known to reach out? Not like depressed people wear flashing red signs saying “I’M DEPRESSED.”

If you’re depressed, go YouTube videos of amputees begging for change in other countries. Then walk to your nearest Dunkin’ Donuts where you can stuff your face with fatty carbs and sugar and remember, your life isn’t that bad.
