Chris Brown is arguing against paying more child support to his 4-year-old daughter, saying he doesn’t want her to be spoiled. And we all know from Chris Brown’s history that if there’s one thing he cares about it’s women being treated properly.
A number of people have taken the report from The Blast about the court battle over child support between Brown and his daughter’s mother Nia Guzman to mean Brown is a deadbeat dad, but in his defense he appears to pay about $10,000 a month in child support, Guzman just wants more than twice that and a quarter of a million dollars in back-pay.
I’m sorry, but you don’t need that much money to raise a kid. It’s hard not to see this as an attempt just to get money for herself and not the kid. She wants $21,000 a month in child support. The average American family makes abut $49,000 a year, so she can raise the kid just fine on the $120,000 Brown is willing to pay. Oh, and Floyd Mayweather gave her $20,000 to start a website selling clothes “inspired by” her daughter.
You know, it takes a lot to make Chris Brown look like the good guy, but this is not nearly enough to make Chris Brown the good guy. He beat the s**t out of Rihanna, claimed it was her fault and then got a tattoo of her with the s**t beat out of her.
