Woman Claims a Drunk Cuba Gooding Jr. Grabbed Her Breast, Now He’s Turning Himself In

Cuba Gooding Jr. is turning himself into police on Thursday after a woman alleged he grabbed her breast at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan on Sunday night. Gooding says he was there partying and posed for pics but did not touch anyone. He says there’s also surveillance videos that prove his innocence. I spoke to his lawyers and they say their argument in court will be to repeatedly shout, “Show me the evidence!” at the woman. I’m sorry for that joke.

Anyway, a photog asked him about it and he said, “I trust the system.” It was a historic moment as it marks the first time a black man has ever uttered those words.
