Jake Paul’s Home Raided by FBI

Is Jake Paul going to high security prison? And you thought 2020 was all bad.

Paul’s home in Calabasas was raided today by a small army of federal agents, executing a search warrant. If you go by the amount of armored vehicles that showed up, you’d think Paul was some high level crime boss, not the lesser known brother of a YouTuber.

The video’s at TMZ‘s site. It shows multiple armored vehicles, each with 10+ camouflaged agents hanging off the side, as they roll up the street. You’d think this was Portland, not the suburbs of Calabasas.

No details about why they showed up, but this definitely isn’t one of Paul’s pranks. The FBI, in a statement to ABC7, said:

“The affidavit in support of the search warrant is sealed and we are, therefore, prohibited from commenting as to the nature of the investigation.”

ABC7 also says:

The search comes about two weeks after Paul hosted a raucous party at the Calabasas mansion, sparking backlash due to the lack of masks and social distancing among the dozens of guests.

No, the FBI aren’t coming after him for no masks.

One tweet I read guessed that maybe the search warrant is related to one of Paul’s guests. That’s possible.

If that’s true, that means Paul may show up somewhere as a witness. Will he snitch? We shall see.
