Lindsay Lohan’s father released from jail

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has been released from Collins Correctional Facility on Tuesday. He served two years for DWI and attempted assault on his brother-in-law. Now he’s already talking about repairing his relationship with his daughter.

“I’m going to wait, and when she sees I’m walking the walk, I’m hopeful she’ll open the door.” Lohan told Newsday that while he was in prison, he went to Bible college and became a minister with the Assemblies of God Ministry.

And if Lindsay doesn’t want to reconcile? Well, “it’s not entirely up to her,” Michael Lohan said, smacking his fist into his palm.
